Allison Shean

Director, Philanthropic Strategies

Allison joined the Private Donor Group in 2021. As a philanthropic strategist, she advises Fidelity Charitable's most generous donors on how they can use their charitable resources to meaningfully advance the causes they care about. She has been both a grant maker and a grant seeker, giving her unique insight into the opportunities and challenges that exist in the philanthropic sector.

Prior to joining Fidelity Charitable, Allison was a director at Arabella Advisors, where she provided philanthropic consulting services to families, foundations and corporate clients. While at Arabella, she designed and executed grantmaking programs for a diverse range of clients and launched several learning communities and collaboratives for donors to share challenges, align strategies, and make co-investments.

Glenn Garbutt

Vice President, Charitable Planning Consultant

Glenn is a premier resource on charitable planning for advisors and their clients in the Metro area. He educates advisors on current charitable planning trends and strategies, along with leveraging the benefits of Fidelity Charitable's donor-advised fund program, to help philanthropic clients give more to the charities they support.

Prior to joining Fidelity Charitable in 2010, Glenn held various sales roles at leading organizations such as Deutsche Bank, Fidelity Investments, and MFS Investment Management.
